How it works

• Complete the Help Request Form

• We’ll contact you to schedule an assessment

• You’ll be added to the CES list for potential referrals in your area

Please note:

• KSHC does not provide direct assistance or have funds to house individuals. Our role is to coordinate assessments and connect people to programs that may be available in their area.
• Being added to the CES list does not guarantee a referral

• Referrals depend on program availability and may take time

• To stay on the list, check in every 90 days with a CES provider or email ces@kshomeless.com
