This event brings together community leaders, advocates, and service providers to collaborate on innovative solutions to end homelessness across our state. Stay tuned for updates on the event schedule, speaker lineup, and, most importantly, ticket sales.

Call for Proposals

Proposal Requirements:  

 

  • Interactive Component: Describe how your session will engage participants. This could include panel discussions, interactive workshops, live demonstrations, group activities, or Q&A sessions.  
  • Practical Focus: Ensure that your proposal highlights specific strategies, tools, or practices that attendees can implement in their work, rather than just theoretical or generic information.  
  • Abstract (250-500 words): Provide a concise summary of your session, including the topic, objectives, and key points.  
  • Presenter Information: Include a brief biography for each presenter, highlighting their experience and expertise related to the session topic.  
  • Session Format: Indicate your preferred session format (e.g., workshop, panel, presentation) and the desired length (e.g., 60 minutes, 90 minutes).  
  • Learning Objectives: Outline at least 3 specific learning outcomes for attendees.  
  • Technology and Materials: Specify any technical requirements or materials needed for your session. 
  • Target Audience: All submissions must be directed to the target audience of frontline providers, people with lived expertise, program leaders, system leaders, policy advocates, policy administrators, and legislators. 
Scholarships for People with Lived Experience

There will be limited scholarships available to people with lived experience of homelessness, and we encourage presenters to invite individuals who have been impacted by your presentation’s area of focus as a co-presenter where appropriate.

Cost

Presenters not attending the Summit will receive a free event registration.  Presenters who want to attend the Summit, will receive a 50% discounted registration. We will notify you if your presentation was selected by January 31, 2025 and if selected, we will give you instructions to upload your presentation information into our Summit APP.

Selection Policy

The Summit Planning Committee reserves the right to request a modification of the proposed content, which may include asking presenters to alter their presentation or combine similar presentations submitted from other communities.

We are seeking proposals that focus on, but are not limited to, the following topics. If you have an idea for a session and it doesn’t fall under the suggested tracks, submit it anyway!
