CoC NOFO
FY 2026 HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) NOFO
The HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is the annual competitive process through which communities secure federal funding to end homelessness. Each year, the Kansas Balance of State CoC works with local partners to submit a Consolidated Application on behalf of eligible housing and service providers across 101 counties.
The FY2025 CoC NOFO published by HUD on November 13, 2025 was later revoked on December 8, 2025. Federal litigation related to that NOFO may affect policy requirements or scoring priorities when HUD releases the FY2026 competition.
