Get Involved
At the Kansas Statewide Homeless Coalition (KSHC), we believe ending homelessness is possible β but it takes all of us working together. With your help, we can empower individuals and families to find safe, stable housing and the support they need to thrive.
Whether you want to volunteer, donate, or advocate for change, thereβs a place for you in this movement.
π’ Join the Kansas Balance of State CoC
Becoming a member of the Kansas Balance of State Continuum of Care (BoS CoC) connects your organization to a statewide network of service providers, advocates, and community leaders working to end homelessness.
As a CoC member, your organization can:
β
Collaborate with partners across the state to improve services and resources
β
Receive valuable training and technical assistance to strengthen your programs
β
Help shape local strategies for addressing homelessness
Membership is open to nonprofit organizations, local governments, faith-based groups, and community advocates.
πΉ Become a CES Access Point
Organizations that want to play a direct role in connecting people experiencing homelessness to services can become a Coordinated Entry System (CES) Access Point.
As a CES Access Point, your organization will:
β
Serve as a vital entry point for individuals and families seeking housing support
β
Conduct assessments to identify appropriate housing interventions
β
Connect those in need to vital resources and services in your community
By becoming a CES Access Point, your organization helps ensure that no one seeking help falls through the cracks.
