South Central Region Quarterly CoC Meeting

The South Central Region Quarterly Continuum of Care Meeting will be held on March 11, 2010 in Newton Kansas from 12-2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the West Meeting Room at the Harvey County Court House . Thank you to Jan Jones for hosting this meeting. The meeting agenda is attached below. Please invite a colleague to attend the meeting .

Eleven individuals from four counties met on the 11th at the Harvey County Courthouse. The attendees represented Safe Homes Inc. from Cowley County, Augusta Housing Authority from Butler County, DVISA Task Force from Harvey County, Family Life Center from Butler County, Butler County Homeless Intiative from Butler County, PrairieView Mental Health from Harvey County, New Beginnings from Reno County, Kansas Statewide Homeless Coaliton , Kansas Housing Resource Corporation-Emergency Shelter Grant, and Mid Kansas Community Action Program serving thirteen counties in South Central Kansas.

Speakers were Diane Etzel Wise from the Kansas Statewide Homeless Coaliton and James Chiselom from Kansas Housing Resource Corporation.

The next regional meeting will take place on May 12th from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Prairieview will host the next meeting.
