Timeline for the 2009 HUD CoC Application Process
HUD has released the CoC NOFA with a due date of November 9, 2009. The application will be electronic. Go to www.hudhre.info/esnaps/ for more information. HUD will have web-based training on the application process. Since it is electronic, the BoSCoC Ranking and Review Committee will ask to see a PDF document with the application information for review prior to final submission.
