CES Access Points are defined as places – virtual or physical- where an individual or family in need of assistance accesses the Coordinated Entry System. CES Access Points have the ability to conduct housing assessments and add people to the list of individuals and families seeking services.  Households can also check in with access points at least every 90 days to ensure they do not fall off the list of individuals and families seeking services.

For information on how to become an access point, email ces@kshomeless.com.
