Breakout session topics included: Artists Helping the Homeless project, Project Homeless Connect, newVeterans programs (Women vets, pre-release and Veterans Homeless Chat), voices of providers and guests from the Hutchinson area, tour of Hutchinson housing and services, substance abuse outreach to homelessness by RADAC, trauma informed care, housing options for those re-entering from correctional institutions, SOAR practitioner updates, families, partnerships with Kansas school district homeless liaisons, HPRP outcomes in Kansas, brainstorming specific strategies and actions to address the challenges faced in Kansas.
